Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 429. Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(RES) was adopted and read the second time. Senators Taylor, Kelly, Ward, Leman, Sharp, Pearce, Mackie, Halford, Donley, Green, Torgerson, Miller, Phillips, Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
